If you are accessing these resources on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the requisite authority to bind said entity to these protocols. Our services, which involve advanced quantum analytics and data modeling, are intended for professional use within complex business systems.
02. Intellectual Property Rights
All content published on PacificQuantumResearch.digital—including but not limited to white papers on quantum analytics, proprietary algorithm descriptions, interface designs, and AI-generated insights—is the exclusive intellectual property of Pacific Quantum Research.

The use of scraping bots, spiders, or automated scripts to extract data from our simulators or research logs is permitted only with explicit API authorization.
Security Integrity
Users must not attempt to circumvent security protocols or probe the vulnerabilities of our quantum-inspired processing clusters.
04. Liability Disclaimer
While Pacific Quantum Research strives for 99.9% accuracy in our AI insights, quantum-inspired models are probabilistic in nature. Data outputs are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.
Pacific Quantum Research shall not be liable for any financial losses, operational disruptions, or decision-making errors resulting from the use of our research summaries or modeling tools. Users acknowledge that final business decisions rest solely with their internal stakeholders.
05. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our analytical services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur.
